The hotel room was spacious and had a small sink and bench area with a bar fridge to make drinks. Despite being below street level and amidst construction noise, after insisting on a different room, the new space provided a lovely view of the Remarkables and was quiet. Overall, it was like any standard hotel room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were wonderfully heated, spacious, and clean with a nice comfortable bed, although I wish they were a bit warmer upon arrival. The service was top-notch with the staff taking care of all my gears and being extremely helpful and polite. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Queenstown, offering easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was fantastic with a great choice of options.
